Rankings are grouped by Gi / No-Gi, gender, age and belt. Points from all regular weight classes add together within that group. Open Weight stays separate. Each result keeps the weight class competed in. Points do not transfer between belts or age groups.
Solo gold winners earn 7 base points × the event multiplier. They receive a gold medal but no match-win or submission bonuses. The season runs January 1–December 31. A medal alone does not establish a match win.
Canadian Championship podium result, golds, silvers, bronzes, total wins, then submissions. Athletes still tied share a rank pending federation review.
